Customers keep ownership of their content while giving Service RP the rights needed to run and support the platform.
Service rules
Users must follow acceptable-use rules, protect credentials, and avoid activity that creates security or legal risk.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Service RP, a roofing CRM and operations platform built for franchise teams.
By using Service RP, creating an account, accepting an invitation, or accessing the platform on behalf of a company, franchise, or team, you agree to these terms.
If you use Service RP for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Service access and accounts
Service RP accounts are intended for authorized business users. Customers are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for keeping account roles, team membership, and permissions accurate.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.
We may require account verification, security controls, or updated information before granting or restoring access.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for how they configure Service RP, the data they enter, the users they invite, and the business decisions they make using the platform.
Customers must use Service RP in compliance with applicable laws, industry obligations, employment rules, privacy commitments, and agreements with their customers or franchise network.
Service RP does not replace professional, legal, accounting, insurance, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing business records and decisions before relying on them.
4. Customer content and data
Customer content includes information, files, documents, messages, lead records, project notes, workflow details, payment details, calendar records, and other materials submitted to or stored in Service RP.
Customers retain ownership of their customer content. By submitting content to Service RP, customers grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, display, transmit, back up, and support that content as part of the service.
Customers are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit customer content, including personal information, customer records, photos, documents, and business data.
5. Third-party services
Service RP may connect with third-party services for authentication, email, analytics, document signing, calendars, storage, maps, payments, monitoring, or other platform features.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability limits, and account requirements. Customers are responsible for the third-party accounts and permissions they choose to connect.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we work to keep supported integrations reliable and secure.
6. Fees and payment
Some Service RP features, plans, integrations, or usage levels may require payment. Any paid terms, order forms, invoices, or written agreements between the customer and Service RP will control the applicable fees.
Customers are responsible for taxes, payment details, renewal choices, and usage by authorized users unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If Service RP is offered during a beta, pilot, trial, or early-access period, access may be limited, changed, or ended according to the terms of that program.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse Service RP, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape the service, upload malicious code, disrupt other users, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Users may not submit content that violates laws, infringes rights, exposes sensitive information without permission, or creates security, privacy, or operational risk.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect the platform, customers, users, and the public.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Service RP available and reliable, but the platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service issues, internet disruptions, security events, or events outside our control.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve Service RP, maintain security, meet legal requirements, or support the needs of customers.
When practical, we will provide notice for material changes that affect active customer workflows.
9. Intellectual property
Service RP and its software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Service RP or its licensors.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Service RP technology to customers or users. Customers receive a limited right to access and use the service according to these terms and any applicable agreement.
If customers or users send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them to improve Service RP without restriction or obligation.
10. Confidentiality
Customers and Service RP may share business, technical, operational, or account information that is confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential.
Each party should protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the service, account support, security, or the business relationship.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of the receiving party or is independently developed without using confidential information.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Service RP is provided as a business software platform. Except as stated in a separate written agreement, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular business outcome.
To the extent allowed by law, Service RP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every customer or user.
12. Suspension and termination
Customers may stop using Service RP according to their account plan, order form, or written agreement. Users may lose access when their organization removes them or when their account is closed.
We may suspend or end access if there is suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, violation of these terms, or another issue that could harm the platform or others.
When access ends, customer content may be retained, exported, deleted, or de-identified according to the applicable agreement, product controls, legal requirements, and our data retention practices.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the page.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of Service RP after updated terms become effective means the updated terms apply to that use.
